Parkway Plaza Mall requires all persons or organizations that perform or hold an event in the mall to provide a certificate of insurance listing Parkway Plaza Mall with the coverage amounts outlined below. Your insurance company will prepare the certificate (usually at no additional cost) showing that you or your organization has said coverage while performing, hosting event, etc. in/on the grounds of Parkway Plaza Mall.
Certificate of Insurance must be on file before date of performance/event.
